Planning your wedding
Book a Tour & Reserve Your Date
We invite you to complete the form below to schedule a private farm tour with our venue coordinator. Once you’ve secured your booking, you’ll be entitled to two additional site visits prior to your wedding day, offering valuable opportunities to plan and prepare.
Our venue/wedding coordinator will be on-site during set-up, the wedding day, and clean-up, working alongside you to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist with all your wedding needs.
Securing Your Date
To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to the event. Payments may be made via e-transfer, cheque, or another approved method.
Please note that failure to submit the final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Weddings will be allowed one date change incase of any issues.
About the Farm
Solstice Farm is a regenerative, working farm and vibrant living ecosystem on Vancouver Island. Being located in the Alberni Valley we experience beautiful warm summers. In addition to growing food and caring for animals, we care about the land we operate our venue on. Solstice Farm is situated on the unceded traditional territories of the Tseshaht and Hupacasath First Nations.
To help ensure your celebration flows smoothly while preserving the integrity of the land, we will provide detailed venue guidelines for you and your guests in advance. We kindly ask all guests to treat the farm with the same respect and care we offer it every day.
