The Farm
What began as a simple idea quickly became a heartfelt passion, creating a homestead and hobby farm for our family. The land we now call home once belonged to the Drinkwater family, who originally homesteaded it. We feel honoured to continue their legacy and are grateful to be part of the thriving ecosystem that already existed here.
Since acquiring the property, we’ve been dedicated to revitalizing the land and bringing it back to life. We’ve planted over 100 apple trees with the dream of one day becoming a full apple cidery. In addition to apple production, we envision a vibrant space that includes a farm stand, a petting farm, and seasonal events for the community.
This is a working farm, home to animals, crops, bees, and a variety of local wildlife. For the safety and enjoyment of all, we kindly ask that visitors remain on designated paths and respect clearly marked farm zones that are not part of the public venue. Children must be supervised at all times. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the orchard and only permitted in designated areas within the venue field.
We’re committed to helping make your time here both memorable and low-impact. If you have any questions or special requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to work with you to find thoughtful and respectful solutions.
